Mr. Naman Jain – Managing Director

Mr. Naman Jain is the visionary force behind Sleuths India’s rise as a leading name in the world of private investigation. With over 25 years of extensive experience, he has played a central role in transforming the agency into a powerhouse of investigative excellence. His early professional training in the UK laid the foundation for adopting global best practices in surveillance, intelligence, and discreet investigations.

Under his strategic leadership, Sleuths India has expanded its footprint across India and achieved unmatched credibility in both personal and corporate investigation domains. Mr. Jain has personally overseen numerous high-stakes cases, many of which have been widely reported in the national media. His exceptional work has earned him the Young Investigation Entrepreneur Award (2012) by the President of India and the Investigation Entrepreneur of the Year (2014) by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Mr. Jain is frequently featured across media channels for his expert views, including interviews on investigative trends, security, and fraud prevention. He continues to lead the agency with clarity, innovation, and a results-driven approach that makes Sleuths India one of the most trusted investigative brands in the country.

Miss Nidhi Jain – Director

Miss Nidhi Jain is the driving force behind Sleuths India’s expansive nationwide operations. With a professional career spanning more than two decades in private investigations, she is one of the most accomplished women in this space. An MBA in Finance and a former investment banker, she brings both analytical rigor and investigative insight to her leadership.

Miss Jain is the proud recipient of two highly prestigious recognitions: the Investigation Leadership Award (2017) and the All India Women Entrepreneur Award (2023) conferred by DMA, a branch of the All India Management Association (AIMA). She leads the agency’s operations across 11 branches pan India, overseeing case strategies, team coordination, and direct involvement in complex, sensitive cases.

Her unmatched investigative acumen and leadership are widely recognized across the media landscape. She has been featured in ABP Live News, Outlook, Grazia (Italy), and several other national dailies including Times of India, Navbharat Times, and Hindustan Times. She is also a guest contributor to TV talk shows, investigative podcasts, and security-based panel discussions.

Miss Jain has personally managed cases for high-profile clients including politicians, celebrities, and top corporate leaders. Her presence ensures that Sleuths India remains at the forefront of ethical, discreet, and result-oriented investigation services.

Mr. R.P. Singh – Director, Legal and Vigilance

Mr. Rajendra Prasad Singh, former Inspector General of Police – Special Enquiry, brings an illustrious 40-year career in law enforcement to Sleuths India. A multi-disciplinary academic with degrees in Political Science, Law, and a Ph.D. in Military Science, Mr. Singh is a specialist in both field investigations and legal oversight.

Throughout his career, he has tackled some of the most sensitive and high-profile cases in the country—from managing law and order during major civil disturbances to eliminating notorious gangs operating in the Chambal region. His commendable service earned him the President’s Police Medal (2004) for long and meritorious service.

As Director – Legal and Vigilance, Mr. Singh ensures that all operations are conducted within the framework of the law while maintaining the highest standards of ethical compliance. His insights are critical in handling legal complexities, verifying evidence, and validating investigative protocols.

Brigadier Dalip Kapur (Retd.) – Director, Security

Brigadier Dalip Kapur (Retd.), a highly decorated Indian Army officer, brings over 36 years of distinguished service to Sleuths India. A recipient of the Vishisht Seva Medal, he has led key counter-insurgency and intelligence operations in high-risk zones across the country. He has been decorated three times by the President of India and the Chief of Army Staff for exceptional leadership in critical missions and operations.

An alumnus of the National Defence College (New Delhi), Brigadier Kapur holds a Master's degree in Defence Studies and has represented India at various global strategic forums. His in-depth understanding of national security, counterintelligence, and crisis management makes him an integral part of the agency's leadership team.

As Director – Security, he plays a crucial role in supervising corporate risk evaluations, high-profile threat assessments, and strategic security planning.

Mr. Govind Sharma – Director, Operations

Mr. Govind Sharma is a veteran investigator with over three decades of service in Delhi Police, including 18 years in the Special Cell—a division known for tackling terrorism, organized crime, and intelligence threats. A post-graduate in Law and a 1989 batch officer, he has been an integral part of many landmark investigations that received national attention.

His fearless service has earned him multiple honors including two President’s Gallantry Medals, the Home Minister’s Award for Excellence in Investigation, and a Special Intelligence Medal for exceptional contributions to national security.

At Sleuths India, Mr. Sharma leads operational strategies with a focus on surveillance, field coordination, and tactical investigation planning. His presence ensures the agency’s high standards in both individual and corporate investigations remain unmatched.

Mr. Kuldeep Lamba – Director, Risk Management

With a long and distinguished career in Delhi Police since 1984, Mr. Kuldeep Lamba has been at the forefront of counter-terrorism and organized crime investigations. Having served in specialized units such as the Special Cell and Crime Branch, he has led numerous operations against drug cartels, extortion gangs, and kidnappers.

His outstanding commitment to duty earned him an out-of-turn promotion, along with multiple appreciation certificates from the Commissioner of Police. Known for his meticulous approach and high-risk field operations, Mr. Lamba has been instrumental in solving cases related to arms smuggling, narcotics, and underworld networks.

As Director – Risk Management, he oversees internal risk assessments, security audits, and fraud investigations, helping clients safeguard against operational threats and financial misconduct.

Mr. L.R. Gupta – Head, Investigations Wing

Mr. L.R. Gupta is a highly respected name in the Indian intelligence community, having served the Intelligence Bureau for over 30 years. He retired as Assistant Director and is renowned for his ability to handle high-stakes intelligence gathering, counter-espionage, and covert operations. His bravery and performance in sensitive national security assignments have earned him numerous accolades, including the Indian Police Medal for Meritorious Service. In addition to his intelligence background, he holds a law degree and a diploma in Corporate Affairs and Secretarial Practices.

As the Head of the Investigations Wing at Sleuths India, Mr. Gupta manages complex assignments involving due diligence, surveillance, background checks, and corporate fraud. His unmatched field experience and legal knowledge provide a significant edge to the agency’s investigative capabilities.
