Terms and Conditions

By purchasing any report or investigative service from Sleuths India Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

• 1. By entering into this agreement, you confirm that you will not use any information obtained from Sleuths India in a manner that violates local, national, or international laws, including but not limited to provisions under the Indian Penal Code or any foreign statutes.
• 2. You acknowledge that any data provided by Sleuths India will be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not cause physical or emotional harm to any individual.
• 3. All service payments are to be made in Indian Rupees (INR), and are subject to applicable taxes, which are to be paid in advance.
• 4. Sleuths India reserves the right to revise its terms and conditions at any time, without prior notification.
• 5. You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, and legally capable of entering into binding agreements for the use of our services.
• 6. You further declare that all information shared by you or your organization for the purpose of obtaining services is accurate and truthful.
• 7. Sleuths India is not liable for delays or interruptions in service caused by unforeseen events or circumstances beyond our control, including network issues.
• 8. All information and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• 9. Neither Sleuths India nor its affiliates or employees shall be held responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from client interactions or outcomes of information provided.
• 10. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sleuths India and its personnel against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from the use of our services or data.
• 11. Any official communication must be made in writing to Sleuths India’s registered office via certified mail or handed over to authorized representatives.
• 12. If legal action arises to enforce any part of this agreement, the client agrees to cover all reasonable legal and attorney fees incurred by Sleuths India.
• 13. The client shall also be liable for any additional legal costs and court expenses incurred during any dispute resolution.
• 14. Sleuths India commits to making every reasonable effort to carry out the assignment efficiently and within the agreed timelines.
• 15. It is the client’s responsibility to furnish accurate and complete information regarding the subject under investigation. Once payment has been made, no refunds shall be issued.
• 16. Full payment is required once investigative work has commenced, regardless of any change in the client’s need or interest in the findings.
• 17. Payment of fees constitutes acceptance of this agreement and its binding nature.
• 18. All client information and case details are handled with strict confidentiality and utmost discretion at all times.
• 19. We require 100% advance payment a minimum of one week prior to the commencement of any project. All such payments are non-refundable under any circumstances, even if the client chooses to terminate the engagement prematurely.
• 20. While we strive for the most accurate and useful outcomes, results may differ depending on the complexity and nature of the case. Regardless of the outcome, the client remains liable for full payment.
• 21. Clients agree not to post or share defamatory or damaging content about Sleuths India on any online or public platforms, regardless of their experience or case outcomes.
• 22. Should you feel dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we urge you to contact us directly for redressal. Legal remedies are available if required, but public defamation will not be tolerated.
• 23. All legal disputes, regardless of the client's location, shall fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
• 24. We provide investigation findings either verbally or in writing, depending on the type and scope of the case.
• 25. Due to the confidential nature of our work, clients must collect all verbal, written, or video reports within 30 days from the start date of the assignment. After this period, all records related to the case will be destroyed, and Sleuths India shall bear no responsibility for their retrieval or any resulting consequences.
• 26. Clients are required to abide by our Report Collection Policy. Failure to collect reports within the stipulated period absolves Sleuths India of any accountability.
• 27. Should any legal proceedings arise involving Sleuths India—its offices, employees, or representatives—because of a client’s case, all associated costs, including court expenses, shall be borne by the client.
• 28. Sleuths India will always be held harmless and indemnified from any and all liabilities, damages, or claims resulting from services rendered.
• 29. Fees and services offered will be determined based on the client’s inquiry and specific requirements.
